Ownership

All watches and goods remain the legal property of Wristique Ltd until payment has been received in full and cleared.

Authenticity

Wristique guarantees that all pre-owned watches are 100% authentic items. We do not deal in fakes, copies, or watches with unauthorised aftermarket components.

Stock Availability

While we endeavour to keep our online inventory live and accurate, the acknowledgement of an order does not create a binding contract to supply if the item is no longer in stock.

Currency

All prices are in GBP Sterling. International payments must be made in GBP, and the amount received by us must be net of any international bank transfer charges.

VAT Margin Scheme

Most pre-owned watches are sold under the UK VAT Margin Scheme. This means the advertised price is NET. As these are pre-owned goods, there is no VAT element within the price, and therefore no VAT is reclaimable by business customers.

Pricing Errors

We reserve the right to amend prices. In the unlikely event of a manifest pricing error, Wristique is not liable to supply the watch at the incorrect price.

Payment Methods

• –Bank Transfer (BACS, CHAPS, or Faster Payments) – Preferred.
• –Cash: Accepted in person only, up to a maximum of £9,000, subject to AML (Anti-Money Laundering) checks and ID verification.
• –Cards/PayPal: Accepted for most stock items, subject to security screening.
• –Deposits: A 10% deposit is required to secure a stock item. Deposits for 'Special Orders' or 'Sourced Watches' are subject to separate negotiation and are generally non-refundable.

UK Shipping

We provide Free Delivery via Royal Mail Special Delivery (fully tracked and insured) for all watches within mainland UK. Watch accessories (boxes/winders) are subject to an £8.00 delivery charge.

Dispatch Times

Orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours of cleared payment.

Next Day Priority

Orders processed by 1:00 PM will be prioritised for next-day delivery (usually by 1:00 PM the following day).

Weekend Schedule

Orders purchased after 1:00 PM on a Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday.

International Buyers

Please contact sales@wristique.co.uk for a bespoke shipping and insurance quote prior to purchase.

Online Purchases

In accordance with UK Distance Selling regulations, watches bought without being seen in person carry a 14-day return policy (UK only).

Notification

You must inform Wristique via phone (07931 734068) or email within 24 hours of receipt if you intend to return the item.

Condition

Returned watches must be unworn, unaltered, and with all protective stickers intact. It must be returned in the exact condition it was supplied.

Refund Process

Refunds are issued via the original payment method, less the cost of original postage/insurance.

Return Shipping

The buyer is responsible for return packaging and must use a fully insured, tracked service. Wristique is not liable for loss or damage during return transit.

Exclusions

Watches bought in person (after physical inspection) and 'Special Orders' (sourced specifically for a client) are exempt from return unless the goods are faulty or not as described.

Wristique is not responsible for delivery delays caused by Royal Mail or other external couriers.

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to Events Outside Our Control (e.g., transit strikes, severe weather, or postal interruptions).
